Our tailor-made birth preparation, individualised care for you (and your partner) – online or in-person.

You and your partner can ask all of the questions that you have. Antenatal sessions are a great way of reducing anxiety, learning about labour and birth, and preparing yourself and your family for the journey ahead!

Your doula can:

• help you write a birth vision
• involve your partner in the preparations and help you decide together what is right for you
• offer evidence-based information on any interventions suggested to you (such as an induction)
• signpost you to additional services and groups
• help you prepare for a positive postpartum experience

Cost: Antenatal sessions are 50 Euros per session (70-90 minutes).

Our Wellmama LAVENDER birth package includes:

• Four antenatal meet-ups at your home or any other place you choose.
• Continuous support via email, whatsapp or phone (as discussed with your doula) during the pregnancy.

• Attendance at your birth until a few hours after birth.

Our Wellmama SAGE birth package includes:

• Attendance at your birth until a few hours after birth.
• Guaranteed back-up doula
• Two postnatal visit during the first weeks after the birth.

• FREE ACCESS to all Wellmama workshops, including hypnobirthing, confident birth partners, confident postpartum and all community groups.

This birth package is specifically for people who do not want anyone else supporting them during labour and birth (whether at home or in the hospital) and require a doula from the moment labour begins. It includes a fee for a second doula, which in our experience is needed if you need support from the early hours of labour until after the birth . This is how we make sure you feel well supported at all times.

We are experienced professionals who can provide wisdom and insight in all areas of nurturing newborns and integrating baby into the family. We are sensitive to the needs of postpartum mothers and their families and can provide evidence-based information for all of your needs. 

Your postpartum doula offers: 

• Birth story sharing and birth debrief
• Info on physical healing and changes for vaginal and caesarean births
• Emotional and physical support
• Breast feeding support
• Baby massage
• Nutritional support /meal planning and organization
• Sibling support /integrating baby into the family
• Developing your community and support network
• Peer support /listening from the heart
• Household organisation and light housework (basic cleaning and cooking)
• Looking after your health and well-being

COST: 

35 Euro per hour (minimum visit 3 hours for one off sessions).

Package deal: Book 3 sessions á 3 hours. Normal price 315 Euros, receive 10% discount and pay 285 Euros. 

50% deposit upfront non-refundable.

We offer a non-judgemental service that is trauma-informed and aims to support all women and families regardless of their personal circumstances. We have worked with people in a range of contexts including emergency and direct provision accommodation, survivors of sexual violence, and women affected by imprisonment. We can offer support on a sliding scale.
